One of Dean's co-workers was complaining about having to cut an ad for "Chick Days," which around here means specials for farmers buying baby chicks.
Clueless guy: "This is dumb. What do people buy these chicks for anyway?"
Dean: "To eat."
Clueless guy: "There's nothing there to eat. They're really little."
Dean actually had to explain - to a guy who's lived in rural Montana for over 20 years - that farmers raise them until they're bigger and THEN eat them.
